Apply to Madrona Children's Academy

Enrollment at Madrona is a thoughtful process. We want every family who joins our community to feel certain they have found the right fit — and we want to feel equally certain that we can serve their child well.

Here is how it works:

1. Complete an application using the link below. You will create a Brightwheel account, which will also be your family portal once your child is enrolled.

2. We will review your application and reach out within two business days.

3. We will schedule a family conversation and a child observation — a relaxed visit where we can meet one another and ensure this is a mutual fit.

4. If everyone is in agreement, we will move forward with enrollment paperwork and placement.

We maintain limited enrollment intentionally. If a spot is not currently available, you will be added to our waitlist and notified as soon as one opens.
